Growing up, I always believed what I felt in my heart about life, God, the universe. In 2017, I visited my best friend in Peru and she took me to a Peruvian Shaman to experience Reiki for the first time. This awakened my soul and I was amazed at how everything he said came true about my health in two days time. When I returned to the states, I began researching different types of religious beliefs, reading books about spirituality, reading about shamans, practicing tarot and oracle cards, taking spiritual development classes, looking into crystals, going to a medium for the first time, and began searching for my life purpose. Prior to the pandemic, I was seeing angel numbers everywhere and felt like Archangel Raphael was reaching out to me. I started looking into angel healing and found someone who does Integrated Energy Therapy (which I had never heard of before) in Rochester. I went for a session and she talked to me about the ways it had transformed her life. I found a teacher in MD and did my first Integrated Energy Therapy class in February 2020, right before the pandemic hit. During, I also took Shamanic Reiki. Thereafter, when in person classes resumed, I took Usui I. Since then, I've completed levels 1-4 of traditional Usui Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy through the advanced level, Unicorn Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Animal Reiki, and Pet IET.

After two years of working from home, I was burnt out. It was time to do something I never thought I would actually do and enforce a work life balance. I went to a New Years Eve auction in MD and bought my first horse, Serenity. She was offically in my possession on 1.1.2022. When I was a little girl, I loved horses with a passion. The first time I was put on a horse, I was 2yrs old and it was love at first sight. She was a flea bitten grey named Biscuit. I find it a foreshadowing event as Serenity is a flea bitten grey and I was looking at a paint gelding instead! I collected Breyer horses and all my barbies were cowgirls. I cannot begin to explain all that Serenity has taught me and continues to do so daily about myself, my emotions, life, freedom, patience and how much she has healed me. Because of her, I am my most authentic self following my soul mission. She is my heart horse. My little girl dream was always to heal people with horses. I didn't know what that looked like back then. Now, I do!

By the end of 2022, I made the decision to move back to Upstate NY after 9 years in Maryland. The perfect place appeared thanks to my Mother's search. We agreed to sell our houses and move to the Finger Lakes on Conesus Lake. I thank the People of the Land, the Iroquois, the Senecas for allowing us to be here and honor the land with love and healing for the highest good of all. I have ten acres and have added another horse to the herd. He is my goofy rescue horse named Chester and is Serenity's soulmate. In addition, I also board a Senior draft cross named Chloe. They enjoy Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy as well as the cats.

My lifelong dream was no longer a dream, it was reality! Serenity's Soul Stables was built. Serenity's Soul Healing offers people the option to attend an in-person Reiki or Integrated Energy Therapy session with healing assistance from the horses. You cannot hide from horses. They are a mirror to your soul and will reflect back to you what you don't want to face. They are gentle, soulful, spiritual, loving, and free. Just being around them brings you peace, serenity, and lifts your spirits.

You have the option of spending time with the horses and grooming them in addition to the healing session. You can have the session in the barn or in the field, weather permitted.

Zoom and phone sessions are also available. Energy will always flow where it needs to.
